Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A. PayPal: Use any payment method on the growing list of ways to fund a PayPal account in your country. Once you have funded your PayPal account, you can use our single-click PayPal express feature to speed through checkout.

Q: Can I return my order?
A. We ONLY accept returns for store credit.

EU customers can return their orders. Please contact us within 3 days and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don’t accept returns from customers outside the EU.

Q: Where can I download my old purchase?
A. If your old purchase does not appear in your new account please submit a message in the CONNECT section with your account username and old purchase receipts.

Q: I downloaded my product, but the download never started or the file was broken.

Q: I can’t find the confirmation e-mail.
A. Please check your spam folder.
