It is important to note that for mastering, you should be really confident with your mixdown, and that you make sure to disable any clippers or limiters that could be on your master output before exporting. Your pre-master should have at least -6db of headroom volume on the master channel when exporting. Any necessary alterations to the mixdown after mastering may result in an additional fee for re-mastering.

For mixing, ensure that each individual track has enough headroom before exporting the stems and that the tracks are named correctly.
